1-Go into your DCS settings and shut any anti-aliasing (off) MSAA etc...
2-Turn off Antisoptric filtering as well.
3-Turn Ground Shadows on to Flat only.
4-Go into Graphics cards settings and control Anti-aliasing and Antisoptric filtering from there. Having Software and hardware running the settings seems to be much more taxing on your performance.

That should knock a large hit off your P.C. while still maintaining some Beautiful graphics. It actually made mine look cleaner and gave about a 28 frame boost in those cluttered areas, While still keeping other settings on high.
