[LFS] MI-12

The flyable version of the MI-12.

Features:
- The doors can be opened with primary attack
- Lights and stuff
- The rotors bend and blur when moving (they also rotate as seen in the diagram on the thumbnail)
- moving control surfaces and controls on the inside
-it has custom gibs so when it blows up it doesn't disappointingly turn into tiny windmills
