Omschrijving

Angry Random Scorching Of Neighbourhoods

Set fire to buildings on command. That's all.

[discord.gg]

Developed as a tool for testing mods relating to fires and firefighting, but also useful to test emergency vehicle response and/or to get a good look at your shiny new custom firetrucks.

Default hokey is Alt-I (configurable in the options panel), or use the UUI button.

Unlike the Natural Disasters 'fire' tool, there's no delay or cooldown (plus it's easier to target specific buildings).

This mod uses Harmony[github.com] version 2.0 by Andreas Pardeike via the Cities Harmony mod by boformer.

Doesn't touch the savefile, and can be safely removed at any time.

I saw you're super active lately in updating mods and such. Doing gods work!

I was curious if you'd be able to upgrade the Dynamic Asset Sorter mod to have an easy to use UI or at least a way to print all assets that are currently loaded? The asset ui is a mess and I'd love to sort things in the most productive way. Source code is available on the modpage

@Stalker That's probably best done cosmetically by trees, I think.

Hi algernon. I spend a lot of time making maps and as a feature area I would love a permenantly burning bushfire, most likely on the far side of a mountain range. Is that possible or should I contact a tree maker?

Arson mod is fully compatible with Plazas & Promenades DLC.

Please follow the Plazas & Promenades DLC Compatible modlist.

@logor I can't tell, sorry.

Can you tell - how it will interact with "No Fires" mod? I mean - if I have "No fires" active to prevent uncontrolled damage for detailed city, but do want to "simulate" fire from time to time by using "Arson" - will it work this way? Or you don't advice to use them simultaneously?

@Yung Tomo Not yet, as those are much more complicated than just setting fire to a building. Maybe in the future, though.

Is there a similar mod that does the same for ambulances and police?

Riiiiiiight, I'm totally not gonna use it to burn down my city for entertainment...
