Basically play the game normally but someone said if the you have higher score you unlock the good ending (not sure if its true)
and if you have the almost highest score you see the yellow orbs at the near end of the game (when you get eaten by the source) you need to shoot them

note: if the yellow spots isnt there then its probably the teddy bears you have to collect
