3x Skill Points - No Bonus Stats - Max Rank 60

This mod adjusts how many skill points both Lords and Heroes gain per rank.

Added skill dump skill named Excess Training, which is located in the upper right corner, that is used for surplus skill points. AI priority skill choosing to be lowest possible for the skill dump and required level of 15.

Total number of skill points is Tripled for Lords and Heroes:
