Hi everyone,
This mod will prevent Public Order malus from difficulty level to happen to you. All other malus from difficulty are still enabled.

极难战役难度玩家-4点公共秩序，不过担心久不更失效同时实测可以通过终极战役配置玩家+4秩序平替
