Ever had one of your friends mess up something? Or have your friend Do stupid borders in peace deals, well now u can fix it, the choice of who to give the tool has been expanded so that way the person with the tool is not limited to Majors only,

Can you make it so we can adjust manpower and add units to nations? Sometimes nations are released and they have non-existent manpower or no units upon release

Same issue still cant see the selection of the tool in the top right

Have you selected a host in the Game Rules?

the mod, it does not show up at all in MP, it does show up in singleplayer in the top right but in MP it's not there

Its at the top right of the screen, usually where State Transfer tool is unless it was moved without my knowledge lol
