Hi!
I am Gabrol (aka Paranoid) and you may know me from my other guide for Dark Souls 3:

I made this guide because I wanted an easier way to make sure I didn't miss anything before going to NG+.

Be sure to do them all so you don't miss on rewards, since you won't be able to warp anywhere when you start NG+.

Since having entire questlines in this guide would make it too long, I'll only keep quest rewards and links so you can choose what you want to do before NG+.

Suggestions and criticisms are welcome.

NPC Sidequests part 1
Most (if not all) NPC questlines are still finishable even after you end the game.
Currently there are 29(?) NPC sidequests.
Some quests conflict with eachother, so you have to choose which one you want to finish.
NPCs with this mark can affect the ending of the game.




* If you advance too much in Dung Eater's quest you won't be able to get him as a Puppet.
** Giving Nepheli the The Stormhawk King (Key Item) will lock you out of getting her as a Puppet, just as giving her the potion will lock you out of finishing her quest (and also Kenneth Haight and Gostoc quests).
NPC Sidequests part 2
  • Knight Bernahl
    After you kill Rykard, Bernahl will invade you in Farum Azula, killing him gives you: Blasphemous Claw (Consumable item), Devourer's Scepter (Great Hammer), Beast Champion Set.

  • Dung-Eater* Mending Rune of the Fell Curse

  • Hyetta / Edgar (The Revenger) Three Finger's Frenzied Flame
    Her quest rewards you with Frenzied Flame Seal (Sacred Seal), and information about the Frenzied Flame (thought she's not needed to acquire the Frenzied Flame). During her quest you'll find an invader called Edgar the Revenger, he drops a Banished Knight's Halberd +8 (Halberd).

  • Boc the Seamster
    After you meet him and give him a needle, he will do equipment alteration for free (usually costs 500 runes). Ending the quest has no material rewards.

  • Rya
    Her quest rewards you with:
    • Daedicar's Woe: a talisman which the only effect is increasing the damage you take.
    • Zorayas' Letter: an info item without practical use.

  • Remembrance and Mausoleums
    Mausoleums will be reset, so be sure to use all of them to duplicate your Remembrances.

  • Leftover Runes
    No, Runes are not lost when you start NG+, however, Bell Bearings are reset, so be sure to spend runes on crafting materials and upgrade materials before they are gone
