I got a perfect Golbeak-Pre-Evolution as the literally like 3rd coromon i encountered and caught it, so with luck that is possible, but i had nowere near that much money at that point... so that must be cheats if it is at the start of the game. Otherwise if this is from much later in the game, it is maybe alright. But at that point in the game, you dont use such weak monsters to catch stuff anymore and instead use the special catching attack that leaves 1 HP or stuff like that....

its day 20 of me playing coromon and i have like 3 potent how you have perfect and i dont think a perfect mino is a thing

Probably cheats, due to the gold. Might be a Coromon, but they would have to post their party to know.
