I'd start as the Latin Empire count who is heir then assassinate or push my claim. Easy but less gamey, IMO.

It's not a secret strategy XD
You should have to work up from vassal to Emperor though, and this should be harder to do. This is because Empire's that you can create should in all reality be Titular titles until 100 years incorporates them. But if you can keep the entire thing for 100 years (also the requirement for creating should be 100% not 80% but should never be destroyed once made except over full conquest, in other words no incorporation into a different Empire) the titular title should become permanent and give you the acheive. That way it's more of a challenge to go from count to king through Conquest but also gives a use and a challenge to the Empire title beyond just getting the rest of the land in it through tiny wars.

While this is a great idea for the achievment hunt, it's just too gamey for me.
I gave a thumbs up neverhteless, because it's still a quick and easy way to get the achievment.
