Change bUseWaterHiRes=1 to bUseWaterHiRes=0

Open your Documents folder, My Games, Fallout 76, and open Fallout76Prefs.ini. Change bUseWaterHiRes=1 to bUseWaterHiRes=0.

Done, fixed. Your random PC freezing issue should be completely stopped now. Done! Happy looting!

If all else fails, just delete all your Fallout76 config files and try again

Yeah...unless you're running this game on a toaster, don't do this. Your water will become a black empty void.
