Book of Job
This is a 12-room active that appears in the Angel Room and Library pools.
While held, it turns touched hearts into blue flies, which prevents healing.
When used, it fully heals the player and gives a soul heart for each red heart gained.

Book of Sacrifice
This is a 12-room active that appears in the Devil Room and Library pools.
When used, it removes one random passive from the player and spawns two new items from the sacrificed item's room pool.
Both items can be taken, and quest items will not be sacrificed.


Job
Job is slow, weak, and unlucky, but his tear rate is high.
He starts with the Teardrop Charm trinket and a pocket Book of Job.
His Birthright allows him to pick up all hearts except red and rotten hearts.
With the Book of Job, Job becomes very hard to kill, which allows him to easily donate his health in sacrifice rooms.

Tainted Job
Tainted Job is slow, weak, and unlucky.
He starts with the Telescope Lens trinket and a pocket Book of Sacrifice.
His Birthright forces the Book of Sacrifice to sacrifice low quality items before high quality items.
With the Book of Sacrifice, Tainted Job can get plenty of items very easily, which allows him to build an extremely powerful loadout.
