In fact, at the time of this post- there is no npc (In-order to not break them) guideline atm on google as he claims (Which he claimed when Elden Ring was only 1.5-2months had been released, which is the same time this steam guide was released).
If anyone wants to reinvigorate and help me (because I am not allowed to talk about it, and not allowed to post the guide or any links of any kind to the official elden ring discord btw, I have also tried to appeal the case, but I have not been responded too, and I spent 2 weeks trying to get an appeal but it went nowhere, and I got no response).
I was banned from posting this guide in the Official Discord, after a guy reported me to the Moderators and claimed that I was copying someone else's guide a while back ago for those adding me and asking me why I stopped updating this guide.
I kind've gave up on Elden Rings community as a whole after this had happened. Nobody stepped up to back me up or help overturn this ruling. It is their Discord server so idc. But it literally sucked the energy out of me.
This guy, claims I stole this guide (?) from someone else, and that you could google this anytime (This isn't true, at the time it happened, which was several months ago) this guide was made before many other guides even came out. It's the only guide of it's kind...
If a NPC tells you she's going to XXX village, and you didn't go visit her, didn't look for her, or forgot... It's kind've like real life and you missed that date, that shot. She's gone.
Same with this game, it's not a linear quest-system where you go to XXX npc and just do everything in his/her questline asap. You don't do that. You do it from zone to zone, not npc to npc.
I do list them however, as best as I can in the order of appearance, and in the order that best suits/prevents questline breaks. Good luck.
TLDR: I explained everything at the beginning of the guide.
The game is organic, NPCs move around as you do. So it's best to clear one area at a time (Continent to continent, or as I say in this guide, zone-to-zone. Aka, if you start in Limgrave, do Limgrave. The only part that is questionable or easily missed is the fact that Weeping Peninsula is easier than Liurnia section, therefore it's supposed to be "Second Optional" continent/zone. This is why it is second listed. Any major breaks that can be easily missed is covered via notes in this guide.
This guide is not a Walkthrough however, I do not explain everything. I wrote those things, because they're most important to understand how this game quest system works- which is intentionally based on the game's design.
If anyone has an idea, please shoot me- otherwise eventually I will figure it out!
