Military Citizens (PM)

If you are someone like me who enjoys and only enjoys the citizen faces/face posing from half-life 2 and would like them on some soldiers or something, then here ya go!

What I did: Added the heads and fixed the awful vertex groups on the models extracted from the mod above.

Extra Features: The helmet is toggleable in body groups

Issues: Fingers look horrible

What I probably won't do: Add more citizens, cause this was just for personal use until I thought maybe some people could use it.
