This mod aims to recreate the Axis forces of Europe towards the end of World War 2, particularly after D-Day. More specifically, it's meant to find a happy middle-ground between what was historically accurate, and what works well in Arma. Each division is meant to have a different feel to it with different challenges that they present, primarily through the use of different weapons and assets available to each division type.

All division types are a work in progress, and were created using the ALIVE Orbat editor.

Below are the divisions I'm looking to add:

Implemented:
Wehrmact:
- The Wehrmacht were the backbone of the German army during WW2, making up the majority of their armed forces. They boast a larger number of static weapons and G43 rifles than the other divisions, making them some of the strongest defensive units in the mod. Additionally, they also boast the highest ranking officers of their peers, including majors and generals.

Waffen-SS (+Winter Camo)
- The Waffen-SS are aggressive infantry with a heavy focus on automatic weapons, favoring the MP40 in particular. Having superior requisitions over their Wehrmacht counterparts, they are also able to obtain larger numbers of MP44s than most divisions. Outside of the Volksgrenadiers, they're the only ones that have storm squads specifically for assaulting positions.

Fallschirmjager
- Better trained and better equipped than most of their peers, the Fallschirmjager are the elite airborne-turned-infantry units of Nazi Germany. Being elite, they receive a +5% skill bonus to all units in a squad (all units promoted one rank to increase skill).

SS-Panzergrenadier
- Panzergrenadier units had to receive special training to keep up with the armor columns they were supporting. Unlike other divisions, the mechanized squads of the panzergrenadiers would carry two MGs per squad instead of one, and those were in addition to the one mounted on their halftrack.

Volksgrenadiers
- The Volksgrenadiers were a late-war addition to the German forces, largely comprised of jobless Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe. Armed with large numbers of submachine guns, they were meant to be entirely armed with the brand new MP44 and reorganized into assault platoons, known as a Sturm Zug, though most failed to receive adequate armements to actually achieve this.

SS-Panzer Division
- Some of Nazi Germany's most elite divisions towards the end of the war were their panzer divisions, particularly within the Waffen-SS. Given priority for new tanks, equipment, and even replacements over their peers, they were a force to be reckoned with. Similar to the Fallschirmjager, they boast elite panzer units with a +10% skill bonus to tank crews for the Panzer IV, Panther, Tiger and King Tiger, plus an elite sturmgruppe for a small but well-armed number of elite infantry.

WIP:
- Wehrmacht (Winter Camo)
- Wehrmacht (Summer Camo)

Not as far as I'm aware of, no.

Good question. All units use ACE medical bandages, primarily elastic and packing as those tend to be the most common, and the medic units carry everything most medics would need to resupply themselves.

Why ace?

It's got good assets, but I always thought the default squads for it kind of sucked.
