1. Where's the tools at/from the start of the game?
After the tutorial has finished you don't have any because they were sold, because alcoholism (aws explained when the tutorial ended, but the message didn't happen for long enough to sink in what it actually meant). We oddly don't even have a bucket for water transport. We have to end up buying them from the vendor who we sold some to during the tutorial.

2. How to chop firewood?
The help section tells us how to get logs, but not firewood.
We get firewood by having logs in inventory and using the axe with the stump(chopping block) in the woodshed, otherwise it won't have an interaction but still be highlighted when looking at the stump.

3. How to make some quick money for buying (more my own strategy).
Sell any meat in the food storage, possibly also the vegetables. Use the stove to cut up any bread loaves and just eat that (it's cheap and can be carried around without to much weight).
Hunting can be okay but I found shooting very inaccurate, unless you try to get your prey stuck so that you can get close enough to be accurate enough to hit.

4. There's (quite a lot of) apples on the trees in the farm.
Something that I didn't notice until after a few in game days, but is good to know.
