This voicepack is mostly Tommy Vercetti from Vice City, but with some side-dish of Billy Handsome from Call of Duty. Thus suggested cosmetics would be ∑3245's Kiryu's suit, so you can recreate Tommy's suit (as you can see in preview video).

And now you can also grab Tommy's shirt.

I also suggest getting Lance Vance's or Michael Madsen's voicepacks for a bondmate, as they share the game.
