HMS Acheron (sinkable)

The half sister of the famous Tartarus, the HMS Acheron was a similar deign of sailing vessel, retrofitted with a steam engine ‘borrowed’ from the local railway. While by no means fast or cutting edge anymore, there’s a certain charm to the sight of her chugging through the ice flows.

To start
Head to the steam engine located in the middle of the ship
Turn the key to light the firebox
Once steam pressure is up, you're good to go


To sink
In the captains cabin under their bed is a keypad.
Type 1 to engage the sink immediately
Type 2 to engage 'dynamic sink'
In dynamic sink, you need to crank up the waves to begin sinking


Notes
The best method to climb the rigging is to jump and press ‘F’ to get on the ladder, climb it a bit then hop off the ladder and jump the rest of the way up.
For extra realism, you can turn off the auto coal refill with the key on the coal bunker, doing this means you will need to fill the firebox by hand.
