This is my first achievement guide so there might be some mistakes here and there, if you spot one let me know and I'll fix it as soon as I can.
[SPOILERS AHEAD]

Please read the notes for Devourer's Scepter and Bolt of Gransax in Legendary Armaments since they're the only missable items in this guide

To make a quick backup of your game to get all endings in one playthrough all you need to do is go to >Users>(YourUsername)>AppData>Roaming>EldenRing and copy only the file called ER000.sl2 and save it somewhere. To load your backup simply replace the new file with the old one.

Roundtable Hold
You'll get this achievement after Melina takes you to the Roundtable Hold while interacting in a Site of Grace

Erdtree Aflame
This achievement is completed after you defeat the Fire Giant and interact with Melina at the Forge of Giants Site of Grace in the Mountaintop of Giants

Godfrey the First Lord
Defeating this boss is necessary to advance the storyline and can be found in Leyndell


Shardbearer Morgott
Defeating this boss is necessary to advance the storyline and can be found in Leyndell as well




Fire Giant
This boss must be defeated so the player can gain access to the Forge of the Giants. Interacting with Melina in the Site of Grace of the forge will allow the player to burn the Erdtree, however be aware that this changes Leyndell into the Capital of Ash and the Bolt of Gransax cannot be collected anymore after this point



Godskin Duo
This dual-boss fight includes Godskin Apostle and Godskin Noble


Maliketh the Black Blade
Also needed to progress the story and it grants the player the Remembrance of the Black Blade




Hoarah Loux the Warrior
Grants the player Remembrance of Hoarah Loux

Margit the Fell Omen
Proceed through Limgrave into Stormhill, the fight is right at the entrance of Stormveil Castle


Shardbearer Godrick
He's found at the end of the Stormveil Castle area and gives the player Godrick's Great Rune




Leonine Misbegotten
This optional boss is found in the southwestern shore of Castle Morne at the Weeping Peninsula




Red Wolf of Radagon
This enemy must be defeated to get to Rennala




Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon
This is an optional boss but she gives the player the Great Rune of the Unborn




Royal Knight Loretta
Defeating Royal Knight Loretta is necessary to progress with Ranni's questline




Shardbearer Radahn
This boss is optional however he grants the player Radahn's Great Rune and is also necessary for Ranni's questline




Magma Wyrm Makar
Optional boss found in the Ruin-Strewn Precipice in Liurnia of the Lakes




Ancestor Spirit
To gain access to Ancestor Spirit you must first light the eight obelisks in the Siofra River area, after that you can interact with the carcass in Hallowhorn Grounds to start the fight




Mimic Tear
This boss is also part of Ranni's questline and players must defeat Radahn first before accessing the area. After the boss fight with Radahn a falling star will crash into East Limgrave and create a crater in southern Mistwood, you can reach Nokron by descending into it

Regal Ancestor Spirit
This boss has the same mechanic for unlocking it as the regular Ancestor Spirit, light the bonfires around the area of Nokron and you should be able to enter the arena by interacting with the body in Hallowhorn Grounds

Valiant Gargoyle
They're found in Siofra Aquaduct in Nokron




Dragonkin Soldier of Nosktella
This boss can be found in the southwestern section of Ainsel River, which is accessed from Ainsel River Well




Astel, Naturalborn of the Void
This is a required boss for Ranni's questline and it grants the player the Remembrance of the Naturalborn




Shardbearer Rykard
This boss is optional however it grants the player Rykard's Great Rune


Godskin Noble
Another optional boss that can be found in the Volcano Manor dungeon




Elemer of the Briar
Elemer of the Briar can be found in The Shaded Castle located in Altus Plateau




Commander Niall
Niall can be found in Castle Sol in Mountaintops of the Giants. He's an optional boss, however defeating him allows you to get the second half of the Haligtree Secret Medallion




Shardbearer Mohg
Not to be confused with the Mohg, the Omen achievement. This one includes fighting Mohg, Lord of Blood, which can be found in Mohgwyn Palace inside Siofra River. The teleporter to this area can be found in the Mountaintops of the Giants by the west area.




Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree
This version of Loretta can be fought at the bottom of Miquella's Haligtree, completing this fight is required to proceed to Miquella

Mohg, the Omen
This boss can be found in the Leyndell sewers. He needs to be defeated for players to access the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending




Lichdragon Fortissax
After Fia moves to the Prince of Death's Throne, located in Deeproot Depths that is accessible after defeating Valiant Gargoyle, give her the Cursemark of Death and exhaust her dialogue
Refresh the area after all the dialogue is done and you'll be able to select Enter the Deathbed Dream




Dragonlord Placidusax
This hidden boss grants Remembrance of the Dragonlord

Legendary Ashen Remains
The legendary spirit ashes include:

• Lhuthel the Headless: acquired after killing the boss of Tombsward Catacombs, found in Weeping Peninsula, directly south from Church of Pilgrimage
  
• Black Knife Tiche: dropped by killing the enemy in the Ringleader's Evergaol, located at the west of Liurnia of the Lakes
  
• Redmane Knight Ogha: dropped by the boss in War Dead Catacombs, found in Radahn's arena to the northeast
  
• Mimic Tear: acquired from a chest in Night's Sacred Ground in Nokron, Eternal City
  
• Ancient Dragon Knight Kristoff: found in Sainted Hero's Grave, found in Altus Plateau, west of Rampartside Path
  
• Cleanrot Knight Finlay: acquired from a chest in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree

Legendary Sorceries and Incantations
The legendary sorceries and incantations include:

• Flame of the Fell God: acquired by killing the boss in Malefactor's Evergaol, located on the southern area of Liurnia of the Lakes
  
• Greyoll's Roar: acquired from the Cathedral of Dragon Communion in Caelid after defeating Greyoll near Fort Faroth, this spell costs 3 dragon hearts
  
• Elden Stars: found in Deeproot Depths near the Great Waterfall Crest Site of Grace, climb the tree roots across the cliff and go up to find a cave entrance
  
• Founding Rain of Stars: found in a chest on Heretical Rise in Mountaintop of the Giants
  
• Ranni's Dark Moon: acquired from a chest in Chelona's Rise, located in the lower left corner of Liurnia of the Lakes plateau
  
• Comet Azur: acquired from Primeval Sorcerer Azur located in Hermit Village, near the southeast area of Mt. Gelmir
  
• Stars of Ruin: acquired from Master Lusat located in Sellia Hideaway, he's behind a barrier that can be broken by getting a key from Sorceress Sellen after following her questline

Legendary Talismans
The legendary talismans include:

• Radagon Icon: located within Raya Lucaria, the Debate Parlor Site of Grace is the closest point
  
• Radagon's Soreseal: located within Fort Faroth, starting from the ladder in the back then dropping into the third hole on the roof and following the walkway
  
• Godfrey Icon: earned by defeating the boss in Golden Lineage Evergaol, located in south-western Altus Plateau the entrance requires a Stonesword Key
  
• Moon of Nokstella: located near Nokstella, Eternal City Site of Grace, go through the area until you find a room with a giant throne
  
• Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman: located in Miquella's Haligtree, closest point is Drainage Channel Site of Grace, heading east should make you encounter tree roots you can drop on and follow up until you reach a chapel that has a chest with the talisman inside
  
• Marika's Soreseal: located in Miquella's Haligtree, closest point is Elphael Inner Wall Site of Grace and the entrance requires a Stonesword Key
  
• Old Lord's Talisman: located in Crumbling Farum Azula, closest point is the Great Bridge Site of Grace where you should climb the stairs and go left
  
• Erdtree's Favor +2: this talisman can only be acquired after you burn the Erdtree, from the Forbidden Lands Site of Grace ride the lift into Leyndell, continue your way into the city and go down into the area with Ulcerated Tree Spirits, the talisman should be in a tree stump in the sand. Be careful here because there's no Site of Grace nearby and there's about 3 Ulcerated Tree Spirits in the area

Legendary Armaments
The legendary armaments include:

• Ruins Greatsword: earned after defeating Misbegotten Warrior and Crucible Knight in Redmane Castle, if the fight doesn't trigger for you first defeat Radahn and then speak to the NPC in the church going up the plaza, after that rest at the site of grace again and the fog should appear
  
• Sword of Night and Flame: located in Caria Manor, head outside and then left from the Manor Lower Level Site of Grace and jump to the building below after reaching the third tower, from there just drop again to a building with a ladder and the weapon should be inside a chest
  
• Eclipse Shotel: located in a chest in Castle Sol
  
• Grafted Blade Greatsword: earned after defeating Leonine Misbegotten
  
• Marais Executioner's Sword: earned after defeating Elemer of the Briar
  
• Devourer's Scepter: earned after killing Invader Bernahl in Farum Azula, NOTE: if you've started his quest in Volcano Manor but didn't finish it before killing Rykard there's a chance he won't invade in Farum Azula, if that's the case you can make a new character quickly and kill him in Warmaster's Shack it should still count for the achievement
  
• Golden Order Greatsword: earned after killing the boss in Cave of the Forlorn, located in west Mountaintop of the Giants
  
• Bolt of Gransax: located on the giant spear in Leyndell, NOTE: you CAN'T get the item after burning the Erdtree, you'll have to either do NG+ or get someone to drop it for you
  
• Dark Moon Greatsword: after completing Ranni's entire questline the weapon should spawn where you last speak to her
  
• Godslayer Greatsword: located in the Divine Tower of Caelid, can be acquired after defeating Godskin Apostle in the basement

For this ending simply choose one of the Mending endings after beating the Elden Beast, which one you pick doesn't really matter.








To get this ending you need to complete Ranni's questline, after defeating the Elden Beast you'll find a blue summon sign on the ground. Interact with it to summon Ranni and unlock the ending.








Note: make sure you backup your save before going through with this, it can only be undone if you use Miquella's Needle at Dragonlord Placidusax's arena in Farum Azula
Entering the Leyndell Catacombs requires the Sewer-Gaol Key that can be acquired by speaking to Dung Eater at the Roundhold Table. Proceed down the sewer minor dungeon and you'll eventually reach the site where you fight Mohg, The Omen (which is also part of an achievement). After defeating Mohg hit the pedestal at the end of the room to reveal a secret passage and head down the path.
When you get to the burning door at the bottom of the Cathedral of the Forsaken remove all your armor and weapons and enter, you'll be able to interact with the Three Fingers. After that all you need to do is finish the game as normal and you'll get the Become Lord of Frenzied Flame prompt.
You can also still get this ending even after burning the Erdtree, the entrance to the sewers should be near the Leyndell, Capital of Ash Site of Grace and it's a hole in the ground.
