They are more frequent if Effect setting is on High

Are the clouds of blood determined by GPU or do they have an encoded limit or time interval in which they can spawn? I'm also using this mod along with the "headshot damage for pistols and SMG's" mod just in case that it affects it in some way.

This mod needs a fix, the blood particles do not come out of the floor, which should make it dirty.
