In this guide you will be able to get the 100% of Below the Ocean, with GIFs of every Diamond location and detailed explanations of every achievement.

The first 4 achievements are earned just by beating the 4 different chapters:

The Queen's Pearl
Complete Chapter 1

These 4 achievements imply that you have to beat each chapter deathless. As long as you play the chapters slow and secure you will for sure get them all :D.

There's a little trick you can do that if you die at some point of the level, without getting to the next checkpoint, if you suspend the dive and continue the chapter again you will spawn on the last checkpoint you had passed without deaths again. Basically, as long as you don't use a checkpoint having died you are free to quit and continue as if nothing had happened. You can see this on the GIF below:

This is where the fun begins.

The Queen's Collector
Complete Chapter 1 With All Diamonds

To get this achievement you have to beat the first chapter with all its diamonds, which you can find below:


The first diamond one of the easiest, you just have to walljump from one side to the other and you will have picked it up.

The second diamond can be a little bit harder, but if you plan your jump you can get past those 3 spikes easily.

The third diamond can be trickier, but as long a you jump from the top of the wall you can get to the other side easily.

To get the fourth diamond you have to get the double jump bubble, jump towards the diamond and double jump to get back to the wall.

To get the fifth diamond you have to get the bubble to gain height from the bubble current and get to the wall where the diamond is. Then you can jump back to the bubble current and wait to gain height, but I think using the double jump and getting the bubble again might be safer. Try to go to the next room without using the bubble in order to be able to get the sixth diamond.

If you kept the diamond from the previous room, you can use it to get to the other side of the room and get the sixth diamond.

In order to get the seventh diamond you also have to keep the bubble in order to gain height on the fourth bubble current. Before the second current you can press down to lose height so you don't die on the third one.

To get the last diamond of the level you have to gain height on the first bubble current and when you're already going up you can switch to the one on your right to go towards the diamond. Be careful, though, as you have to calculate the double jump before hitting the spikes and then land on the double jump bubble again (I don't know how I survived that xD).

You're already on the second chapter!

The Cardinal's Collector
Complete Chapter 2 With All Diamonds

To get this achievement you have to beat the second chapter with all its diamonds, which you can find below:


To get the first diamond you have to get on the platform above it and fall down on its left, where you will be able to get the diamond, wall jump on the wall of the left and jump into the platform again. (I'm sorry if the GIF looks bad, it gets hard to compress them to 2MB if they're long xD)

The second diamond might be one of the hardest of the game to spot, as you have to jump in the middle of the 1 block height passage to reveal a hidden path, where you can wall jump to get the diamond.

The third diamond is a bit similar to Chapter's 1 third diamond, as you have to jump above some spikes, the only difference being that in this case you only have to jump above 2 spikes instead of 3, which could make it easier.

To get the fourth diamond you have first to enter where the crab on the right does his movement loop.

Then you have to bounce on the sea turtles to get higher and reach the fourth diamond. (Also oh god that save xD)

To get the fifth diamond, you have to keep you blue bubble, get the diamond and bounce on the sea turtle and then dash into an upper-right direction to get to the wall and be able to wall jump to get to the checkpoint.

To get the sixth diamond you have to use the 2 blue bubbles to dash upwards and then, after getting the diamond, dash into an upper-right direction to get to the next checkpoint and continue the level.

You can get the seventh diamond in 2 different ways:

The first (and the easiest one I think) is to fall down to reach your rope's limit and then go back up, get the blue bubble and dash into an upper-right direction to get past the spikes and wall jump to get to the diamond.

The second one (the fastest and hardest), is to perfectly jump from the top of the platform while wall jumping (as it gives you more momentum) to the right to get to the wall just before touching the spikes. I didn't know you could to it like the first way before and that's why I did it like this on my video, but it took me many attempts.

The eight diamond is also quite challenging, as you have to wait for the crabs to be on the right side, then jump and dash into the left and stop before getting the other bubble, get the other blue bubble and go as left as you can before falling and then dash into an upper-left direction towards the diamond. It also took me many tries before I got it.

The ninth diamond is part of this shining crab's property, and you will have to kick it to the room on the right in order to get it.

Then you will have to go around the electrified block to power your suit up and then kill the crab in order to get his diamond. (No real crabs were harmed while recording this clip)

The tenth diamond is easier than the rest as you just have to dash into an upper-right direction towards the diamond and then go back to the big air bubble to reset your timer.

To get the last diamond of the chapter first instead of throwing yourself to the right you want to throw yourself to an upper-left direction, so you can enter the room where the diamond is.

Here you will have to kick the 2 crabs on the right to the left, so the door can be opened and you can get the diamond.

And that's it for the second chapter!

The third chapter won't be much harder compared to the second one, you're nearly there!

The Nobleman's Collector
Complete Chapter 3 With All Diamonds

To get this achievement you have to beat the third chapter with all its diamonds, which you can find below:


To get the first diamond you have to pick it up and quickly get out of those pillars so you don't get out of air.

To get the second diamond you need to go to the last checkpoint of the room and jump while pressing down to increase your jump height and be able to get the diamond.

The third diamond is the most hidden of the whole chapter, you have to stomp a set of 2x2 blocks and go up to get it, the most difficult part about this diamond is to notice it's there.

To get the fourth diamond once you get free from your rope you can wall jump the wall on the right to get up there and get the diamond.

To get the fifth diamond you will have to go down before continuing the chapter:

Once you're free you have to get to the bottom of the room, where you will find the fifth diamond:

Then you just have to get to the top again:

To get the sixth diamond you have to launch yourself to the left first in order to get the double jump bubble (as you won't be able to get out of the diamond's zone without it), and then go get the diamond and use the bubble current to continue the level.

The seventh diamond might be the easiest of the chapter, you just have to jump over the shell and then go back to the start of the room.

⠀

To get the eight diamond you will have to launch yourself first in order to be free from the rope, then you can go up bouncing on the shells and using the bubble to double jump towards the diamond. Then try to get either your rope or some air as you won't have much left.

To get the last diamond of the chapter, you will have to go to the left first in order to press a button to open the box where the diamond's in, then you can go up with the double jump bubble and the bubble current and get it.

And that's it for the third chapter! Just one more to go!

The final chapter can get a little bit more difficult than the other ones, but it shouldn't take you much time anyway. You're almost there!

The Soldier's Collector
Complete Chapter 4 With All Diamonds

To get this achievement you have to beat the fourth chapter with all its diamonds, which you can find below:


To get the first diamond you will have to get the powered dash bubble from the left in order to activate the diamond door's switch that is on the right, then with the powered dash bubble you can use the current to get to the diamond. Make sure to keep the powered dash bubble for the second diamond, as you will need to use it.

To get the second diamond you will need to use the powered dash bubble you kept from before, and then dash into the fish which will reset your powered dash bubble so you can dash towards the diamond and continue the level.

To get the third diamond you will have to destroy the moving spike on the left which has some kind of shiny particles like how the crab did back in chapter 2 with the powered dash bubble. Make sure to keep the powered dash bubble and take it to the next room (you can enter the next room just by wall jumping) so you can also get the fourth diamond.

To get the fourth diamond, you will have to avoid the first moving spikes to clear the way to the diamond and then use the powered dash bubble that you kept from the other room to get up there, then you can continue the room as usual.

To get the fifth diamond, you will have to get the powered dash bubble and go back to the pillar the diamond's in so you can access it. To get back you can use the powered dash upwards (be careful not to fall like I did, as it can get hard to get out of there without dashes).

To get the sixth diamond you have to dash upwards 3 times but on the third reset (the 4th dash) you will have to dash either on an upper-left or upper-right direction so you can wall jump and reach the diamond.

To get the seventh diamond first you will have to unlock the door to get it, which unlocks by reaching the last checkpoint of the room:

Then you will have to lure the moving spike to move so you don't get it while trying to reach the diamond and you will be able to go down to get it:

To get the last diamond of the game you'll have to wait for the spike bomb on the left to get small so you can go below it, then wait for it again so you can wall jump and then get it.
