To fix the loyalty rewards the ones or the one you get at start of new character you just simply go to library select the pre sequel the gear icon the manage button then properties and uncheck sync then load the game you should get the pop-up and after that just check sync again i don't remember but you may lose badass ranks so you know i guess that's worth it
