Hey cylis,
I was forcing the game to run directx 9, I believe that was causing the issue because I removed that command line and launch the game normally and the problem seems to be gone.

So it was my bad, sorry.

that's strange... I've not heard of a mid level lod...

Is there a setting or a mod where I can adjust the LOD's of these tracks?
The darker skin texture zfights with vanilla gravel texture in mid-range zoomed out camera....
In close up and way zoomed out, they look fine and beautiful.

@cylis: cool, wish it was in the same group as the rest but good stuff! Cant wait to try it out. Looking forward to seeing your classic and modern quad tracks too.
