Can't figure out how to craft that special syringle of that good stuff? Look no further, because here I will be stating what you need to do to get the achievement.

So first off, before you even craft the special syringe, you need to collect 30 relics. This can be tricky so I recommend buying treasure maps from the store and looking around and snagging the eisiest relics to get. Once you have done this, all the heavy lifting is done. After you've collected 30 relics the "Untouchable Syringe" will become available for you to craft.

Crafting one of these puppies requires 2 white plants, 5 blue plants and 5 green plants.

Once you have these ingredients you can head over to the crafting menu and make the syringe.

Just a note: These bad boys make you invincible for a brief while, making you like super-man or some ♥♥♥♥. Have fun.

@Aegis There is another Special syringe which lets you kill people in one hit. It requires 40 Relics to unlock, and 2 White, 5 Red and 5 Yellow leaves to craft one.
This shouldn't be tricky, since you already have 30 Relics and maps for most (if not all 8) areas of the Islands when you crafted the above syringe. I suggest buying maps (both for Items and for Loot) very early, so when you finish a side mission or collect something, you won't miss all the loot boxes nearby.
