[ArcCW] EFT Thermal Sight Pack

Descrizione
After the awfully long wait and development, I have finally come back to create a decent thermals sight pack.

General Information
The best thermals ever in gmod.

Trijicon Reap-IR
- 640x480 35hz LCD screen
- 2.5x magnification
- Black and White hot mode with greenish shade

FLIR RS-23
- 640x480 21hz LCD screen
- Variable 2.25 - 9x magnification
- Red and White hot mode

Contains 2 high-quality sights with fully emitated thermal imaging fully ported from Escape From Tarkov. We even updated ArcCW base to make them look good. LCD low-res & low refresh rate screen effect, chromatic aberration, awesome HUD and pixel grid.

Switch modes with double tap E and adjust magnification by scrolling mouse wheel.

Credits

- Ushanka: model porting and idea
- Darsu: model fixes, texture porting and vmt writing, ArcCW scope update and lua for this sights
- Matsilagi: texture fixing and also general help
- Uncle Sam: beta-testing
