waaaaay too many small maneuvering thrusters there dude, you can replace those with large static thrusters and not only is it more efficient but you'll go faster and you won't need as much space for generators. You can also rotate static thrusters to the sides and make them face left and right and they still buff your speed while giving you lateral thrust.
