Use the lever to remove the boulder to unveil the secret passage

The second seed is on the left wall in the bushes near the entrance of the secret passage

The third seed in at the end of the secret passage hidden in some bushes

Forth Seed

Picture should be enough info for the location

Fifth and Sixth Seed

The fifth and sixth seed are behind a false wall that can be broke by attacking it

The seeds are next to each other hidden in the grass
