Western Material Overlay

On your clip editor, scroll down till you see effects. Right click effects and Add Clip To Track, then Add Material Overlay Effect.A new red clip should appear on the effects channel. You can make it longer/shorter as you desire. To add a new material overlay to it, right click the red clip. Show in element viewer, there you will see a bunch crap but you just wanna find three dots "..." click that and then insert the material overlay at "darligt\Aspect Masks Overlays\western_overlay.vmt". The overlay should appear when your playhead is at the clip.
