Where to find the file and what to look for
Go to your steam directory:

steam\steamapps\common\Hunt Showdown\user\profiles\default\attributes

for me it's all installed on drive C:\Program Files (x86)

now open the "attributes"-file with notepad.

now press Ctrl+F (Search) and search for your in-game nickname.

you will see something like this:

<Attr value="YOURNAMEHERE" name="MissionBagPlayer_0_1_blood_line_name"/>

<Attr value="false" name="MissionBagPlayer_0_1_hadWellspring"/>

<Attr value="false" name="MissionBagPlayer_0_1_hadbounty"/>

<Attr value="0" name="MissionBagPlayer_0_1_killedbyme"/>

<Attr value="0" name="MissionBagPlayer_0_1_killedme"/>

<Attr value="3237" name="MissionBagPlayer_0_1_mmr"/>

the number highlighted at the bottom is your current MMR.

it will take some time to update after every match and doesn't instantly change upon fragging or dying.

-update- 28.04.2024

this notice should have come sooner, but this does not work anymore. Sadly, Crytek has recently removed the ability to read the attributes.xml file (for the user/community) and does not plan on reintroducing a similar feature.

@not Poland - yes, there's a strong modifier for solo vs. duos and an even stronger one for solo vs. trios.

it might make you go down a bracket, but most of the time it will only shave off half a star or make no difference.

i don't think you can see the match MMR, but you could add all the numbers together (from all 12 players) and calculate the average.

note: when there's not enough players to fill lobbies, the game will go back to the old "better full than fair" matchmaking, often placing new players vs. veterans.

Do we can actually can see the match mmr? i tried playing on morning to test this so i get empty server, goes straight extraction. And i see two numbers 2636 and 2461, kinda conclude strong modifier as solo is minus 175 the current mmr.

@bed1ntruder Yeah I've suspected the same for a long time. It makes perfect sense that they would do that too. If their excuse for not having a proper matchmaking system has been the low player base, it makes total sense that they would add custom logic to the process for newer players so that they can have some success when starting out instead of just immediately getting wrecked and never coming back. They want people to come to the game but the problem is once you hit the 4-5 star range you get into this horrible bracket where it feels like you have to deal with lower skilled players that have this kind of handicap and upper skilled players who are sketch AF.
