this notice should have come sooner, but this does not work anymore. Sadly, Crytek has recently removed the ability to read the attributes.xml file (for the user/community) and does not plan on reintroducing a similar feature.
it might make you go down a bracket, but most of the time it will only shave off half a star or make no difference.

i don't think you can see the match MMR, but you could add all the numbers together (from all 12 players) and calculate the average.
note: when there's not enough players to fill lobbies, the game will go back to the old "better full than fair" matchmaking, often placing new players vs. veterans.
