Here is an addon that was originally for transport but I decided to add some things like buildings. Among other things, Sticksson's office, where you can also find my first creation that I have ever built. The purpose of this addon is actually the transport vehicles. It contains, among other things, a locomotive with wagons, some terminal tractors and cranes as well as a ferry and a small aircraft for pleasure. Good luck and have fun.
