The Newquay Armed Forces Weapons Pack is a large-scale modular pack designed to have weapons that are compatible with all current Newquay assets, this ranges from helicopters to fast attack jets. Each weapon has it's own niche that it fits into, so it is suggested you browse each one and determine which one is suitable for the job.

SYSTEM INFORMATION:


1ST ROW:

- BGM-6: A 2km ranged PN guided 1x1 missile capable of both air-to-air and air-to-ground. It is fairly manoeuvrable and is best used for rear-aspect and front aspect shots.

- BGM-10: A 2km ranged small-scale laser-guided air-to-ground missile. It is fairly manoeuvrable with a high success rate and its laser frequency can be changed within the editor or programmed on the fly.

- BGM-11: An 100km+ range compact 1x1 | mixed GPS/Laser missile designed for long range air-to-ground attacks. When selecting make sure to include the invisible microcontroller on the top and bottom.

- BGM-16: An 100km+ range compact 1x1 | GPS cruise missile with terminal radar guidance designed for long range air-to-ground or ground-ground attacks. Can be configured for different launch positions or cruise parameters. When selecting make sure to include the booster at the front and back of the missile as well as the invisible microcontrollers on the top and bottom.

- BGM-35: A 100km+ ranged mixed laser/radar guided top-down attack GPS cruise missile. A multi-use medium speed weapon, the BGM-35 has extremely high accuracy & alongside its radar can also attack a laser designation.

- AS.15:A 3.7km ranged PN guided 2x2 missile designed for air-to-ground. Designed to be retro 60s style!

- AA.16:A 1.5km ranged PN Guided 2x2 missile designed for basic air-to-air. Also designed to be retro 60s style!


2ND ROW:

- UUM-3: A 12km ranged mid-scale EPN & GPS guided torpedo designed to be an upgrade over the UUM-2, with better tracking, logic & a more compact design. Without a waypoint it will carry on with the heading you gave it and be consistently on search. With a waypoint it will guide itself towards the designated area and patrol, looking for a target.

- UUM-4: A 12km ranged mid-scale EPN & GPS guided torpedo designed to be a heavy weight variant of the UUM-3. Slightly less range & less agility at the bonus of a large warhead, it has the exact same guidance as its predecessor, the UUM-3.

- AGM-27: A 15km ranged GPS guided anti-radiation missile. This missile can be given GPS coordinate, it will then fly there and attempt to find a radio source to home in on. Aircraft with jammers (e.g. AW265 Gyrfalcon) can utilize their jammers to provide the AGM-27 a radio source to try and close onto.

- AGM-28: A 10km ranged GPS Guided anti-radiation missile. This missile can also be given a GPS coordinate, and will fly there. Unlike the AGM-27, the AGM-28 cannot search for frequencies on its own, and needs an aircraft wtih a jammer (e.g. AW265 Gyrfalcon) to provide the AGM-28 a homing radio source.[/b]

- AIM-4: A 5km ranged medium-scale EPN Guided Mach 1.6 air-to-air missile. Extremely manoeuvrable and effective. Requires the APG-160 to work, or a jet capable of SARH.

- AIM-12: A 20km ranged large-scale PN air-to-air missile. Capable of hitting higly manuverable targets.

- AIM-14: A 5km short range PN air-to-air missile. Smaller version of the AIM-12 with a radar range of 800m, so lead your targets. Make sure to select booster at front of missile.

- AIM-16: A 2.5km short range PN HOBS air-to-air missile. Capable of aiming at targets using seat look direction. (even I hate it, just use the AIM-14)


3RD ROW:

- L40M: A 40mm heavy autocannon gunpod with 20 rounds of HE ammunition. Designed for large/medium targets.

- L30M: A 30mm light autocannon gunpod with 100 rounds of HE ammunition. Designed for medium/small targets.

- L30M-2: A 30mm twin autocannon gunpod with 100 rounds of HE ammunition per gun. Has an extremely fast fire rate and is designed for medium/small targets as well as air targets.

- L20M: A 20mm rotary autocannon gunpod with 50 rounds of HE ammunition, has a tendency to run out of ammunition fast. Designed for a variety of targets.

- AGR-16: An air-to-ground rocket pod with a capacity of 16 rockets. Fires at an increased rate of 4 rockets/sec.

- CBU-12: A large-scale unguided cluster bomb. Releases several explosive bomblets before impact. Effective against both stationary or slow moving targets.

- GBU-11: A small-scale radar guided bomb. Has a single small warhead and is very effective against a variety of different targets.

- GBU-15: A 100km+ small-scale GPS glide bomb capable of hitting pre-determined ground targets in high volume. Needs to be fired from an aircraft moving forward.



4TH ROW:

- 1800L Fuel Tank: As the name suggests, a 1800L fuel tank that can be used on both rotary and fixed wing aircraft.

- 1250L Fuel Tank: Similar to its 1800L brethren but much smaller and carries less fuel. Also designed for use on rotary and fixed wing aircraft.

- APG-160: A radar pod designed to designate targets for SARH missiles. Designates for missiles as soon as it spots a target. Must be turned on before useage.

- Adapters: Several differently sized adapters designed to allow for different missiles to be used.

The radar pod is only for the AIM-4 in this pack.

I haven't been able to fully test, but it looks like most missiles in this creation are fixed now. At least in the experimental version of Stormworks that is.

Have been usin this for a long time. I lack gun pods and stuff, and this fills the weapons gap that i have needed filled on a lot of my fighters.
