Offnem.co Storm eel weaponized weather vehicle model 057 [multiplayer friendly]

the offnem.co storm eel, is a specialized water vehicle designed to handle the rough circumstances of a disaster, and to record data on the weather and disasters, to then broadcast it to the world.
the storm eel is also outfitted with retractable weaponry (WIP) as it is also designed as a war vehicle, to catch enemies at a vulnerable time. most notable of these weapons is the L.D.E. protocol, or the Last Ditch Effort protocol, this is to be used if resources are low, and away from land and/or heavily damaged, as sorts, it is made to be used when next to an enemy, where it will emp the enemy ship as everyone EVACS and boards the enemy ship
[warning, the L.D.E. protocol may also cause detonation of the elemental molecular harvester reactor and cause serious harm to personnel]
the ship is outfitted with a special offnem.co supplied power device, to power the engines, this device is known as the E.M.H.R. and its opperation is a close kept trade secret to the offnem city research department.

how things work:
LDE:
turn the 3 activation keys to unlock the button, found at the stations in the cockpit

driving:
turn on the key labeled something like "begin reaction" easy as that

operating weapons:

weather station broadcasting:
turn on weather station, set frequency to 4, tell everyone in your server to set their radios to freq. 4
