Well, you can make things look clear again, not by wearing glasses but turning off Depth of Field.

Why is everything so blurry?
Well don't worry, you're not going blind, its just Payday 2 has Depth of Field enabled by default!
How do I turn off this "Depth of Field"
Good question lil' Johnny!

First launch the game
Skip/watch the intros
When you are at the main menu, select options
Video Options
Then go advanced
Then you should see a Depth of Field as an option, uncheck it
Save and backout

Now you can see clearly now that the DOF is gone!
