This is a guide on a very unknown feature that was added on vanilla Skyrim back when it came out. None of the devs know how it was implemented nor how to remove it. Todd himself said in a news article, that it brought a lot of drama and controversy in the workspace. Here's how to summon it. No mod, just an odd and unknown thing

1. You must be a short Argonian male. Don't know why, but it only works with these 3 traits.

2. ONLY use magic, you can't fight anyone without magic for this to work, as all attacks are logged and remembered. Unless you load from a last save.

3. Go to College of Winterhold without the passing the first trial. You can do this by using dual-wielding weapons, power attacking the front gate, and immediately using Netch Jelly to paralyze yourself. You aren't hitting anyone so this won't ruin anything. This also may take multiple tries, but it will work.

4. Then go to the midden, remember to kill enemy npc's with magic.

5. Get into the altar location where you can speak to the Augur of Dunlain. (The door will just be removed oddly enough, and there's no way you can speak to the Augur.)
