Demoman is not dead. Just cause you can't stickyspam anymore does not mean he is dead. Maybe if stickyspam wasn't so abundant it wouldn't have been taken away.

srly tho, tide turner OP. should remove shield bash and resistances or make it so you need to kill some1 to get charge and can't recharge it.
