Just run the game on the OpenGL engine!

how to do it :
1. Find <game path> \ Content \ SeriousSam2 \ Sam2.ini
2. Locate the line "gfx_iAPI = 2;"
3. Replace with "gfx_iAPI = 1;"

That's all! In settings, turn off v-sync and enjoy the unlocked FPS :)

(it will still be 32 fps in the menu, so don't worry)
