(Changed from original mod: Added pawn namer, more settlement names)

I saw some requests for this mod for 1.3, and CP basically saying it was ok as long as previous authors were credited, so here we are. All suggestions welcome.

Not CE compatible (Previous version patches were tested but don't work fully) - if someone wants to fix this I will include the fixed patches.

Hi! Loving this mod so far. I don't know if you still update the mod but if so you should make it so the Ushanka gives more cold protection/can be made of wool or leather.

also either just the mosin or all of your weapon sprites are bunged up. they don't point the weapon at the enemy when shooting. it looks like you mixed up the "normal draft" and "aiming at enemy" sprites switched
