Great work. Wondering if you might have any tips or sources that could explain how to do this? Have models I'd want to try and see be implemented as citizens in the game.

Yes they look like fun, I like how some spawn near the night clubs or liquor stores, its like a real life atmosphere. They give my city and ultra feel. These ones in particular will go well with my Shreveport Build.

@eloisiana yeah, no idea why i stopped. they are fun to make, but it took me literally years to get to the point of being able to upload one to the workshop. After i got to that point, i guess i was just over it after that
