Shield

The shield prevents being hit by bullets or grenades exclusively on the outside of the shield. The width of the shield allows you to interact with the elements of the game without deactivating it.
Due to the charge of the Antlion Guards or the flying blades the shield does not fully protect.
The shield is automatically deactivated when you start shooting or when you throw a grenade. Since the deactivation is not immediate (limit inserted to avoid too many operations per second) it is advisable to use only burst weapons. The shield reactivates immediately afterwards.
If a grenade ends up inside the shield or if you use under-barrel grenades or rocket launchers there is trouble.
It is possible to change the transparent material of the shield simply by using the appropriate tool on the dupe.
If you want to change the power button of the shield you can change it from wiremod.

To activate / deactivate the shield, press key 5 on the numeric keypad.

Lo scudo impedisce di essere colpiti da proiettili o granate esclusivamente all'esterno dello scudo. L'ampiezza dello scudo permette di interagire con gli elementi del gioco senza disattivarlo.
A causa della carica delle guardie delle formiche leone o delle lame volanti lo scudo non protegge commpletamente.
Lo scudo si disattiva automaticamente quando si comincia a sparare o quando si lancia una granata. Poichè la disattivazione non è immediata (limite inserito per evitare troppe operazioni al sec.) è consigliabile utilizzare solo le armi a raffica. Lo scudo si riattiva subito dopo.
Se una granata finisce all'interno dello scudo o se si utilizzano le granate sottocanna o i lanciarazzi sono guai.
E' possibile mutare il materiale trasparente dello scudo semplicemente utilizzando l'apposito strumento sulla dupe.
Se volete cambiare il pulsante di accensione dello scudo potete modificarlo da wiremod.

Per attivare/disattivare lo scudo premere il tasto 5 del tastierino numerico.
