As for CRIT, critical hits will never miss. (It can graze or be evaded though). That's a reason why tank builds in the game uses those weapons with (+100 crit/-150 crit dmg) bcos if their attacks/skills were to miss then they won't generate aggro. So while its doesn't help with accuracy, it does ensure that your attacks hit the target.
crit doesn't help you hit a target as far as i know. My understanding of crit is that if you hit, you do more damage but it doesn't actually help you hit the target. Yes I chose Crit stat as my other stat at level 40. This doesn't solve the not hitting the boss problem I spoke of.
I'll move to INT1 and see if that changes anything. However I'm figuring the only change is the people who are playing on it which doesn't actually help me hit the boss though will probably help with forming a good party with other players.
I do dissagree with numbers down there. Just because he couldn't find a party doesn't mean the guide was bad in anyway. I still think the guide is useful, just having a hard time getting a party and being able to actually hit those bosses. I find that that in no way makes this guide bad in any way.
