Method 1
  • Download Intelligent standby list cleaner (you can get it by simply typing "Intelligent standby list cleaner" on google on opening the first result).
  • Run the program as administrator and click on "start" before launching the game, no need to change any settings leave it at default.

Method 2
  • Click Windows Search bar.
  • Type "Apps & Browser Control".
  • Scroll down to "Exploit Protection Settings".
  • Click "Program Settings".
  • Click "Add Program to Customize".
  • Click "Exact File Path".
  • Navigate to your game directory (steamapps>common>Battlefield V).
  • Select the game .exe (bfv).
  • Once in the edit pane, scroll down to "Control Flow Guard".
  • Click "Override System Settings".
  • Turn it OFF.
Enjoy!

People make this same exact guide for everything. It doesn't work. The reason why DX12 stutters is because the game performs "shader compliation" on the fly and does not do shader precompilation. This problem will fix itself once you've played the game long enough for your GPU to cache all the shaders.
