Jill Valentine (wonderously voiced by Nicole Tompkins), a highly skilled and resilient former US Army veteran who later joined STARS--an elite unit of Raccoon City's police force--before co-founding the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), as featured in the Resident Evil 3 remake. 360+ lines with an applied radio effect.
