There are many files ending .lua in this directory.
Open Player.lua
Find Camera_VerticalFovAngle = 50.54 and edit the value to something higher.

I use 90 on this screenshot, but 78 is also very nice.
This will affect your aim a little, aiming for balloons for example, but nothing impossible.
