Описание
"See, that would work—if I were just any old dude. 'Cept I'm not. I'm with the Organization. Nothing 'any old' about me."

- Xigbar, Kingdom Hearts II

A final revision of all thirteen previously released Organization XIII voice packs, along with a new addition unique to it; Xion, the imperfect replica. Enjoy using all Organization Members to evict the alien menace from Earth in XCOM 2: War of the Chosen.

Featuring:

Xigbar, Freeshooter; as voiced by James Patrick Stewart.
Xaldin, Whirlwind Lancer; as voiced by David Dayan Fisher
Vexen, Chilly Academic; as voiced by Derek Stephen Prince
Lexaeus, Taciturn Stalwart; as voiced by Dave Boat
Zexion, Cloaked Schemer; as voiced by Vincent Corazza

-Fourteen different voices, including a never before released Xion voice pack.
>Xion has over 70 voice lines.
>Primarily contains samples from KHIII, with some lines from the 358/2 Days movie-remake... thing?
-Radio effect applied.
-No external references.
-Nobody Insignia as a symbol in menu select.
-WOTC Class Support.
-Assets fully cooked, reducing mod size from over 300MB down to 10MB (A factor of 30) (Received help from Max).
-Voices listed in order of Organization member rank.

I am glad to publish this revision of the previously released Organization Member packs, as this should provide a more convenient and less spacious method of downloading the packages. I hope everyone enjoys the packs I have released thus far.

I take it you're not a Metal Gear fan then.

Not in a bad mood. Just don't like long-winded speeches.

Ok then; no. And I am sorry that I cannot resolve this issue for you.
WeeWoo316 13 янв. 2022 г. в 12:44
Like I said, I was only interested in if there was a way to turn the radio effects off. A simple no would've sufficed.

Hence, I no longer have the audio from "I start editing the audio." It no longer exists because I had to get rid of it due to my computer's small internal SSD to make space for other important stuff prior to my recent obtaining of an external SSD. I am sorry if this whole affair has caused you so much inconvenience.

Ok, I think there's a misunderstanding on how the creation of voice packs works. I have audio, from multiple sources. I put the audio in audacity. I start editing the audio. Then, I export the audio. Then the audio ends up in the upk and then in the game. I don't have the audio from when I started editting, all I have is the audio that was already edited to have a radio effect. The only way to turn it off would be to take the over 1,000 voice lines, apply effects to "reverse" the radio effect as it was originally applied, reexport it, and rebuild the pack, which would be a large sum of time that I simply don't have nor want to do. Or I would have to re-gather audio and build all the cues and catalog the lines anew, which is also not something I am interested in doing.

I was never wondering why the base game had that effect. i was just curious if there was an option to turn the radio effect on this mod off.

No, I'm not arguing that my way is better. I'm saying that the soldiers use earpieces, and that is the explanation behind the radio effect on the base game's voice packs. Jane Kelly, a regular soldier in X2, uses an ear piece, and that is the explanation behind all base game voices having a radio effect. I'm not saying other opinions don't matter, I'm saying the original audio I editted without a radio effect is no longer on my harddrive to release and update the pack for a no radio effect version. I made a choice back then to release only the radio effect version because that's the standard for most voice packs.

I never said he didn't use ear pieces.

I was going to give this a shot in spite of no option for no radio but since you're trying to say your way is better & other opinions don't matter, I'll just leave this mod alone.
