Changes Bill's model, viewmodel, and UI/HUD into Splinks' Jake Muller from Resident Evil 6.

I simply renamed the files into Bill's files. Because the model wasn't loading in properly, I had to decompile the models and change some lines in the qc files. It seemed to work, and you can call this jury rigged.
