For this achievement, you need to hit the head bomb in middle air 3 or more times without letting it to hit the floor, you can do it on ''Custom Training'' by changing the ''Player Speed'' for make it more easier

Breakfast

Can't make eggs and bacon without breaking an egg - This easier way to get this achievement is to play on Custom Training by choosing the ''Egg'' enemy and you need to have the ''Frying Pan'' equiped as melee weapon so just break it with your ''Frying Pan'' and you will get the achievement.
