PAM - Gamemode Voting

Description
This is a PAM extension which adds the option to hold a vote to change the gamemode.
The source code is available here[github.com].

Would love for there to be an option to run this first and then have map selection second.
Also an option for Pam where you can configure based on the vote type/amount of votes done would be a good feature to add ie (If the player votes for changegamemode gamemode is changed then map is selected the value would be 3)(this would be helpful to avoid voting repeats are stalls)
