Carlos and his daughter Sarah were members of a community ruled by a guy named; William Carver. He fills the role of the doctor in the community, up until he turns his back against Carver along with Luke, Pete, Nick, Nick's Mother, Rebecca, Alvin, and Reggie. Due to the situation at the community worsen ever since, the disagreement between Luke, and Carver about how they should run things in the community, and the problem between Carver, and Rebecca show up. The group eventually commit the plan, by running away from the community, they succeed though left someone behind, which is, Reggie whom fell when trying to escape from the community along with the others.
