Yes getting the glow ball up the hill at 37:45 is really tricky.
I managed to do it after a number of fails.
I think it helps to be sure to try to keep it under control as much as that's possible.
Don't shoot too many paint balls too fast. Pop it, and stay behind it.
Like in the video move it up more to the left side, then to the right.
Once you can see the balloon in the cave, you can get it.

I know the other post about the balloon up the hill was from a few years ago.
But it will keep being an issue for players.
The rest of the balloons are easy compared to that one.

In chapter 3 I can't get the glowing ball back up the hill far enough. As soon as I start getting close to the balloon, the ball always ends up rolling back down no matter what I do. And then I can't catch up to it after that. If there's some trick to it I can't figure it out.
