Position yourself a bit to the left and right above the water so that the lowest flies don't hurt you. At that position you can still reach them. Now kill the lowest flies until the red ones appear.


If positioned right, the red ones won't hurt you either and you can reach them. Now kill only the red ones (it's quicker) until the green ones appear.


The green ones CAN hurt you and deal 2pt damage. Now hold your position and ONLY kill the green ones that come in your way! Otherwise your stamina won't be charged quick enough.
